Samuel Prim is a native of Dothan, Alabama, who returned home after law school to practice law in the areas of collections, real estate, probate and estate, business, agricultural, personal injury, and general litigation. As Dothan is located in the Southeast corner of Alabama, Samuel is also licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia, along with Mississippi, to offer his clients continuous service thoughout the Wiregrass area. He is very active in his community and represents numerous local businesses in both collections and business areas, along with representing residents of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia in a wide range of legal areas. One area that Samuel practices that is unique in the area is the representation of agri-businesses and farmers because of the diverse agricultural economy of the Wiregrass area.
Samuel lives in Dothan, along with his wife and children, is a member of the Dothan Rotary Club and First United Methodist Church of Dothan.

R. Cliff Mendheim is a native of Dothan, Alabama, who attended the University of Alabama graduating cum laude in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2000. Immediately following his graduation, Cliff returned to Dothan to begin his legal career. In 2006, Cliff formed his own law firm, now known as Prim & Mendheim, LLC, where he serves as the managing partner.
Cliff's primary areas of practice include Consumer and Commercial Debt Collection, Civil Litigation including Personal Injury, Fraud and Wrongful Death, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Probate and Estate Administration.
Cliff is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Houston County Bar Association, Wiregrass Inns of Court, and Dothan Houston County Rotary Club. He also serves as a Board Member of Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center, Inc., is the president elect for the Houston-Henry County University of Alabama Alumni Assocation and is an active member of First United Methodist Church.
Cliff is married to the former Helen Roton of Montgomery, Alabama and they are the parents of two daughters, Sims and Mary Helen.
