FORECLOSURES

We handle all aspects of the foreclosure process, from the initial preparation of the necessary demand letter to the final surrender of the property back to our clients or the successful bidder. There are many issues to deal with in a mortgage foreclosure, but we will aggressively pursue all available legal avenues necessary to secure the property for our clients. We typically handle foreclosures for a flat fee plus expenses.

EVICTIONS

Each State has laws in place to protect both the tenant and the landlord. It is illegal to force a tenant from a dwelling by changing the locks or turning off the power. We provide a seamless service to landlords while safeguarding their rights and gaining possession

of the property back legally. Our lawyers are highly experienced in the particular nuances of this dynamic are of law and the critical timelines that must be adhered to. At Prim & Mendheim we take the burden of the eviction out of the hands of the property manager or home owner and handle the eviction process from start to finish. TITLE WORK

As authorized agents of First American Title Insurance and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, we handle various aspects of title work. Through our secure, cloud-based, real estate software, Qualia, we are able to issue title opinions, title commitments, and final title policies.

Jamie S. Barberree is a native of Destin, Florida. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Master of Science degree in Administrative Justice and Security. She moved to Dothan in 2018 and began working at Prim & Mendheim, LLC as a real estate assistant. After gaining valuable knowledge and experience as an assistant, she took over as Real Estate Manager in 2020.
